Pay utility bill automatically

Ann Arbor Charter Township offers a convenient option to pay your sewer and/or water bills. Should you choose this option, no more writing checks for your quarterly utility payments!

You will get your statement as before.  Under this option, we debit the balance owed from your savings or checking account on the due date.  If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment will be debited on the next business day.

This a routine banking process, and most consider it safer than sending checks.

Please print and complete this form which allows the Township to access your account for the sole purpose of paying your utility bill.  Please mail the completed form along with a voided check to Township Hall at 3792 Pontiac Trail, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, Attention Treasurer.  It also can be placed in the drop box outside the front door at Township Hall.

You can also use this form to choose paperless delivery of your statements by email.
