The Ann Arbor Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at their regularly scheduled meeting at 7:30 pm on Monday, November 3, 2025, to hear comments on a Conditional Land Use proposal, CUP-01-25. Petitioner NSK Americas Inc. is proposing to install a roof-mounted solar array on the existing building at 4200 Goss Road, Ann Arbor, MI, 48105, parcel I-09-24-325-015, a 34.4-acre parcel in the RRA – Research and Research Applications zoning district.
Meeting will take place at Township Office Building at 3792 Pontiac Trail, Ann Arbor, MI
Written comments may be submitted to the Township Hall or emailed to planning@aatwp.org before 12:00 p.m. on November 3rd.
