Ordinance Amendment of Planning Commission Conflict of Interest Approved

On April 21, 2025, the Ann Arbor Charter Township Board of Trustees approved the 2nd reading of ordinance amendments to Chapter 2, Article VI, Division 1 Planning Commission. The amendments update the Township’s conflict of interest ordinance for the Planning Commission and make it more consistent with state law.
The ordinance, now known as Ord 2-2025 will be effective April 24, 2025. The full text of the ordinance amendment is here and is available for review or purchase at the Township Hall, 3792 Pontiac Trail, Ann Arbor, MI during regular business hours, 8am-12pm and 1-4:30 pm, Mon-Fri.
