The Ann Arbor Charter Township Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, January 3, 2024 to hold a Closed Session to (i) consult with its attorney regarding trial or settlement strategy (exemption under FOIA, MCL 15.268(1)(e)) and (ii) to discuss a legal opinion from the Township Attorney which is exempt from discussion or disclosure by state or federal statute because the information is protected by attorney-client privilege (exemption under FOIA, MCL 15.268(1)(h)), both in connection with the JA Bloch and Co, et al v. Ann Arbor Township litigation. The meeting will be at Township Hall, 3792 Pontiac Trail, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
