Board of Trustees Special Meeting – Wed. April 24 at 1 pm

The Ann Arbor Charter Township Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting at 1 pm on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at the Township Hall, 3792 Pontiac Trail, Ann Arbor MI to consider entering into closed session pursuant to Section 8(1)(d) of the Michigan Open Meetings Act (MCL 15.268(1)(d)), to consider the purchase of real property, and to discuss a legal opinion from Township Attorney which is exempt from discussion or disclosure by state or federal statute because the information is protected by attorney-client privilege (exemption under FOIA, MCL 15.268 (1)(h).
