The Ann Arbor Charter Township Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting at 11:30 am, Monday, June 23, 2025 to hold a Closed Session to consult with its attorney regarding trial or settlement strategy in connection with the litigation in the Washtenaw County Circuit Court, Ann Arbor Charter Township vs. WSG Properties LLC, AMC-WSG LLC, AMC-Mid Michigan Materials LLC, Case No. 23-001234-CE. The meeting will be at Township Hall, 3792 Pontiac Trail, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
