Notice is hereby given that a General Election will be held in Ann Arbor Charter Township on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. The polls will be open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm at the following location:
Solid Rock Church, 3823 N. Dixboro Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105
The November 5, 2024 General Election is to elect candidates for the following offices: Electors of United States President, United States Senator, Representative in Congress, Representative in State Legislature, State Board of Education Members, Regents of University of Michigan, Trustees of Michigan State University, Governors of Wayne State University, County Prosecuting Attorney, County Sheriff, County Clerk and Register of Deeds, County Treasurer, County Water Resources Commissioner, County Commissioner, Township Supervisor, Township Clerk, Township Treasurer and Township Trustees.
Election is also for the purpose of electing the following nonpartisan positions: Justice of Michigan Supreme Court full term, Justice of Michigan Supreme Court partial term, Judge of Court of Appeals, Judge of Circuit Court incumbent, Judge of Circuit Court nonincumbent, Judge of Probate Court, Judge of District Court, School Board Members, School Board Member partial term, Community College Board Members and Library Board Members.
Voters in Barton Hills Village will also elect Village Trustees.
Please take notice that Ann Arbor Township will also be voting the following proposals:
- Washtenaw County Proposal 1 – Renewal and restoration of the Enhanced Emergency Communications System Millage
- Washtenaw County Proposal 2 – Renewal and restoration of the Veteran’s Relief Millage
- Washtenaw County Proposal 3 – Establishing an Older Persons Services Millage
- Washtenaw County Proposal 4 – Renewal and restoration of the Washtenaw County Community Mental Health and Public Safety Preservation Millage
- Proposal to Renew Ann Arbor Township Land Preservation Millage
- Washtenaw Intermediate School District Special Education Millage Renewal Proposal

Absentee ballots are available for all elections; registered voters may go online to mi.gov/vote to apply or contact the clerk to obtain an application for an absentee ballot.
Early Voting is available to all registered Township voters Saturday, October 26 – Sunday, November 3, from 9 am – 5 pm each day at:
- Scio Township Hall, 827 N Zeeb Rd., and
- Washtenaw County Learning Resource Center, 4135 Washtenaw Ave.
To comply with the Help America Vote Act, voting instructions will be available in audio format. Arrangements for obtaining the instructions in alternative formats can be made by contacting the clerk in advance of the election. The polling locations are accessible to voters with disabilities and includes a voter assistance terminal.
