On April 15, 2024 the Ann Arbor Charter Township Board of Trustees approved the 1st reading of ordinance amendments to Chapter 70, Sections 70-43 through 70-45 regarding cross connection control program. The ordinance amendments update the code prohibiting cross connections and describe an inspection program to comply with state law.
The Township Board will hold a second reading of this ordinance at their regularly scheduled meeting on May 20, 2024 at 7:30 pm.
