Ordinance Amendments to Chapter 30, Fire Dept Approved

On June 16, 2025, the Ann Arbor Charter Township Board of Trustees approved the second reading of ordinance amendments to Chapter 30, Fire Department, Section 63 “Charge for services or incidents” and Section 66, “Charges imposed,” which clarify residency and process for setting charges.
The ordinance, now known as Ord. 4-2025, becomes effective on June 26, 2025. The full text of the ordinance is available for review or purchase at the Township Hall, 3792 Pontiac Trail, Ann Arbor, MI during regular business hours, 8 am-12 pm and 1-4:30 pm, Mon-Fri.
