The Ann Arbor Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at their regularly scheduled meeting at 7:00 pm on Monday, June 1, 2026, to hear comment on a Planned Unit Development (PUD) proposal. Petitioner Father Gabriel Richard High School is requesting to add parcel I-09-13-200-021, 9.26 acres at 4300 Whitehall Dr., Ann Arbor, MI, 48105, to the existing High School PUD to construct an athletic campus that includes a football field, track and field facilities, locker rooms, bleachers, press box, storage building and parking lot. This request will rezone the property from O-Office to Planned Unit Development, per the process outlined in Sec. 74-542. – PUD Regulations.

Written comments may be submitted to the Township Hall 12:00 pm on the day of the meeting by mail or email to planning@aatwp.org. All interested parties are invited to attend and express their views.
