Notice of Public Hearing – Township 2025 Tax Levies and 2026 Budget – November 17, 2025 at 7:30 pm
The Ann Arbor Charter Township Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed Township budget for fiscal year 2025 at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, November 17 at 7:30 pm. The public hearing will be held at Township Hall at 3792 Pontiac Trail, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 and also via video conference call.

The 2025 property tax millage rates approved to be levied to support the budget are: operating millage of 0.7591 mills, plus voter authorized millage of 3.9405 for public safety (fire and police services), and voter authorized millage of 0.6644 for farmland preservation for a total levy equal to 5.364 as set forth by the Tax Allocation Board (or as authorized under state law and approved by the electorate and subject to any state required rollbacks or adjustments). Estimated tax revenue for the authorized 5.364 mills is $4,021,550. This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meetings Act), MCLA 41.72a (2)(3) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Ann Arbor Charter Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities for the meeting if request is made 5 days in advance.
