The Ann Arbor Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on a variance request on premises zoned P-L, Public Land, located at Washtenaw Community College, 4800 E. Huron River Drive, Ann Arbor Township, Michigan, 48105, parcel ID# I-09-36-400-004. The applicant is seeking a variance from the sign requirements in Sec. 74-541, Public lands district (PL), of the Zoning Ordinance. They are proposing to erect an identification wall sign on the Student Center building that is 248 s.f. in size, where the ordinance allows up to 36 s.f. in area for an identification sign.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday June 18, 2024 at 4:00 pm at Township Hall, 3792 Pontiac Trail, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 and also via video conference call.
