On October 21, 2024 the Ann Arbor Charter Township Board of Trustees approved a zoning ordinance amendment to change the zoning designation of parcel I-09-23-180-005, located at 1575 Earhart Road, Ann Arbor, MI owned by David R. Glass, consisting of 4.6 acres, from A-1 (General Agriculture) to R-3 (Single-Family Urban Residential). The zoning ordinance amendment is consistent with the Township Master Plan and matches the use and zoning of surrounding parcels. The Board of Trustees adopted the recommendations of the Planning Commission to rezone after the public hearing held August 8, 2024. The Zoning Ordinance amendment will be effective November 15, 2024.
