2nd Reading of Ordinance Amendment 3-2023 – Private Road Permit as Part of PUD

On October 16, 2023 the Ann Arbor Charter Township Board of Trustees approved the 2nd reading of ordinance amendments to Chapter 50, Article II, Sections 26-38 of the Township Code of Ordinances. The ordinance amendments allow a private road to be included as part of a planned unit development and remove the requirement for a separate private road permit.
The ordinance now known as Ord. 3-2023, becomes effective October 26, 2023. The full text of the ordinance is available for review or purchase at the Township Hall, 3792 Pontiac Trail, Ann Arbor, MI during regular business hours, 8 am – 12 pm and 1-4:30 pm, M-F.
