Ordinance amendment to adopt most recent version of International Property Maintenance Code

On December 18, 2023 the Ann Arbor Charter Township Board of Trustees approved the 2nd reading of ordinance amendments to Chapter 14, Article V, Division 1, Section 14-121, International Property Maintenance Code of the Township Code of Ordinances. The ordinance amendments incorporate the most current edition of the International Property Maintenance Code into the Township ordinances. The ordinance, now known as Ord. 4-2023, becomes effective on January 4, 2024. The full text of the ordinance is available for review or purchase at the Township Hall, 3792 Pontiac Trail, Ann Arbor, MI during regular business hours, 8:00-4:30 pm, Mon-Fri.
