Ann Arbor Township Building and Zoning Office
Ann Arbor Charter Township Building Department (located at 3792 Pontiac Trail) is open for business, 8 am -12 pm and 1 pm – 4 pm, Monday-Thursday.
Building and Trade Related Permit Applications which can be found below. Once completed, the permit application and plans can be emailed to building@aatwp.org for processing. For larger permit applications, documentation can be submitted at the Township Office. For afterhours deliveries, you can use the drop box on the front porch of Township Hall. Please inform our office by calling 734 663 3418 to let us know your documentation has been delivered to the Township drop box. Note: we now accept credit card payments for Building Permits.
